About

Speaker, writer, educator, facilitator and President/Founder of Epiphany Planning & Development, Denise Dahl, MPA wears many hats.  Her focus is all about helping people and organizations thrive.

Epiphany Planning and Development was created for leaders like you – people carrying too much, wondering if they’re doing it right, and longing for a partner who actually gets it.

We specialize in what keeps most teams up at night: strategy, communication, capital campaigns, and real impact. Not just ideas, but structure, pacing, and support that fits your reality.

Denise Dahl has spent over two decades in the nonprofit and for profit world, on the ground and in the lead. She’s not just familiar with your challenges. She’s lived them, solved them, and taught others how to do the same.

This isn’t theory. It’s the kind of guidance that only comes from walking the path – raising the funds, leading the board meetings, stewarding the mission when resources were tight and the stakes were high.

Ms. Dahl is/has been a professor at three universities teaching International Business, American Government, Public Administration, and Nonprofit Leadership. She has also created university curriculum on numerous topics including fund development and fundraising.
