So Who Isn’t Looking For A New Job?

So who isn’t looking for a new job?  Apparently not many.  If you are passionate about your job count yourself among the few.  Over 75% of folks are looking for a job to jump to.  I can’t imagine what that translates to when it comes to loss of productivity and dollars for both the employee and the employer.

If you are in Human Resources, what are you doing to pull those with a passion for what you do into your organization?  If you are an employee, among the 75%, what are you doing daily to free up yourself to make more money and enjoy it?
